By downloading or using Dragon's Gift, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the App

Dragon's Gift provides oracle card readings for personal reflection and entertainment purposes. The content is not intended as professional advice of any kind including medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

Dragon's Gift offers auto-renewable subscriptions: Monthly and Annual plans.
Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID at the confirmed purchase price.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings.
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

3. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, unused trial time will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased during the trial period.

4. Intellectual Property

All content in Dragon's Gift including card artwork, text, audio, and design is the property of Dragon's Gift and may not be reproduced without permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragon's Gift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at Apple's EULA.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
